Jumpstart - Applications Open

For teams of any kind with a desire to provide a service or market as a group.

Our JUMPSTART program is a three session immersion into team development. Bring yourselves and your idea to start exercising group decision making, conflict resolution, and collective visioning.

Jumpstart is our new program for teams who would like guided team development in group decision making, conflict resolution, and collective visioning. You’ll need at least 2-3 team members to apply and a desire to offer a service, or market as a group.

During 3-sessions, we’ll actively explore the different sides of working with others toward a collective vision. Our staff and technical assistance providers will guide participants through activities and learning to help any team develop their skills together.

Best Suited for Teams

Your team of at least 2-3 people have a shared desire to provide a service together, or market together as a group.

Culture building

Team work is a little theory and a lot practice. We’ll share tools for creating shared work plans and processes to hold each other accountable so we create businesses that treat us, workers how we want to be treated.
